Pearl Authenticity
All Noble Mizu pearls are cultured pearls, authenticated by Certified Pearl Specialists accredited by the Cultured Pearl Association of America (CPAA). Each purchase includes a Certificate of Authenticity.
Product descriptions are for informational purposes. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
4. Ordering and Payment
Order Process
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products according to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including:

- Errors in product or pricing information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Inability to authorize payment

6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Policy
- FREE shipping on orders over $99 within the United States
- Orders are processed same day or next business day
- Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days
- Expedited shipping options available at checkout
- All shipments are fully insured
- Signature required upon delivery for security
Risk of Loss
All purchases are shipped FOB shipping point. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees. Noble Mizu is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
7. Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- All original packaging, certificates, and documentation must be included
- Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item to ensure availability.
